Better With Age
Everyone ages. CASI helps participants do it gracefully... and have a lot of fun while they're at it.
This unique time of life allows CASI participants to create a fresh chapter where relationships are forged, community is valued and everyday opportunities to expereience life's enjoyments are the priority.

There will be NO Silver Sneakers Classic, EnerChi or Stability classes from December 20, 2023 - January 5, 2024.

Walking CASI's Main Street 
Come experience the best indoor walking experience on our CASI Main Street! Eleven times around makes a mile. Our walking track has windows to look outside and pleasant scenery along the way to make your exercise time fun with friends, or on your own. And our special flooring will be kind to your knees and joints.

Silver Sneakers Classic
Exercise is crucial for leading an active, healthy, happy life. When you think "exercise," you might think "get up and go." Chair exercises can offer a seated routine that rivals any you've ever done on your feet! You can also do this class standing if you want to give it a try.

Silver Sneakers EnerChi
Move through a slow-flowing sequence as you shift your weight from front to back, side to side, in rhythm to your instructor's direction.
Wednesdays | 1:00 - 1:45 pm

Silver Sneakers Stability
15-minute class designed to improve balance and prevent falls. You will improve your lowe3r body styrength with chair support and a variety of training techniques to keep you on your feet and steady.
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 10:00 - 10:15 am

Drums Alive
Fun, choreographed workouts to music using drumsticks, stability balls, and your own power! The class is done from a sitting position and can be modified for all levels and abilities.
First & Third Mondays | 12:00 - 12:30 pm

Line Dancing
Join our Line Dancing group for beginners to learn all the latest moves. It's a fun way to stay in shape.
Tuesdays | Beginner Classes | 9:00 - 9:30 am & 9:30 - 10:00 am
Thursdays | Intermediate Class Only | 10:00 - 11:15 am

Low Impact Exercise
One of CASI’s most popular fitness classes, mostly from a sitting position. The class includes hand weights, resistance bands, balls, and chairs. There are occasional intervals of walking, but any ability can be adapted to this class.
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 9:00 – 10:00 am
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 11:00 am – 12:00 pm

This low-impact activity provides participants with multiple health benefits as well as an opportunity to socialize. Equipment provided.
Mondays | 1:00 – 3:00 pm

Step into Balance
This class focuses on dynamic and static balance, agility to improve quickness, leg strength and stability, overall core control, and many other aspects that will help keep you from falling.
Tuesdays | 12:45 – 1:15 pm

T’ai Chi Ch’un 
Chinese martial art practiced for defense training, health benefits, and meditation. Improves balance, stability, and flexibility. 
Wednesdays | 10:15 – 11:15 am

$26 Member / $52 Community per 6-week session

Therapeutic Movement
Done from a sitting position, this class helps reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure, protect joints, and improve strength by loosening and stretching muscles.
Tuesdays | 1:30 - 2:00 pm

Aerobic fitness exercise based on Latin American dance rhythms. Participants are taught some basic easy-to-learn movements for a fun workout.
