CASI’s Celebration Event Center is the perfect venue for any gathering. Conveniently located at 1035 West Kimberly Road in Davenport, CASI boasts 5,500 feet square feet of accessible space for all your gathering needs.
We work with several preferred catering vendors who are familiar with our venue and have expert knowledge on how to best serve your needs. However, we are also happy to welcome other licensed caterers into our facility with proof of catering license. Alternative catering licenses will need to be provided a week before the event. We also have bar service available (Cash bar for no extra cost or complimentary beer, wine, or champagne with a 20% added gratuity). We require a security officer to be present until 30 minutes after the bar service ends. There is a security cost of $75 per hour, which is due with final rental fees three weeks prior to your event.
Our goal is to provide you with a beautiful venue, excellent service, and options designed to make your event perfect. We understand that your special event has a budget, and we will work with you to select affordable options to fit your needs. 100% of sales from events hosted at CASI are reinvested in programs and services for Quad City seniors.

A full-day rental is considered any 12-hour block up to 12 am. Half Day rental is considered any 6-hour block up to 12 am. Extra hours are available for an extra fee of $50.
Hourly rates available for these rooms during business hours if rooms are available.
