"I have had a lot of heart problems, and until recently I have had to take Nitro pills several times a week in response to chest pain.  Now that I have been exercising on a regular basis, I can use the treadmill for as much as 10-15 minutes without stopping to rest.  Rarely now do I need to take the Nitro pills."

Tuesday and Thursday	5:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Membership Fees         Designed for those age 55+         Hours:  Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:00pm                    Saturday 8:00am - noon           Trainers' Hours:  By Appointment         Participants must complete 2 orientations with a personal trainer prior to utilizing fitness center. Membership and enrollment Fee: $35.00     monthly $20.00     annually $220.00
