Navigating the maze of information on care options and benefits is time consuming and overwhelming. Our advocates work with older adults, their families and caregivers to connect them with available resources and care options with the goal of helping them stay independent, enjoy an improved quality of life, and remain connected to their community.
Lions Den Lending Closet
CASI accepts clean, gently-used canes, walkers, wheelchairs, bath benches, etc. These donated items are loaned to those in need throughout the Quad Cities at no charge.
CASI has Service Coordinators on-site at Edgewater on Third, Luther Crest, Luther Manor/Heights, and Luther Towers to help residents with care needs.
“My parents are getting to the point where they need some help to stay in their home and I want them to live there as long as they can. I live out of town and was not sure where to get help. A friend suggested calling CASI. A Senior Advocate visited with my parents, gave them information on services, and they are now getting home delivered meals. I know I have a reliable source that I can call anytime I have concerns about my mom and dad.”
